It’s a friendly, creative, and relaxed space with character, a large private garden and a calm atmosphere. I’m looking for someone who would appreciate having a comfortable, safe, and peaceful place to come home to after work.

The location is extremely convenient to the town centre and beach. Worthing Hospital is nearby too, so it would be particularly ideal for a nurse, doctor, or other hospital professional. It's also close to the station.

The bedroom is large, bright and fully furnished, with plenty of storage.

£750 per month, including all bills:

You would also have use of the kitchen and bathroom, the large garden, and off-road parking on the driveway.

This is a chilled, friendly home, and I’m looking for a considerate female professional who would enjoy living somewhere peaceful and creative.
