I've got a double bedroom available for £585 plus bills & council tax per month between 3 people in a quiet, chilled flat with two working professionals already living here (including myself and 1 female)
Flexibility with how long you'd want to stay, would just need a month's notice as a lodger contract - but preferably a bit more long term than a few months.
We value a nice chilled atmosphere to relax at after work, but also like to often have a chat in the kitchen area to catch up!
The room is available from 1st November.
As a starting point I'd be happy to invite you to view the room and see what your thoughts are from there if you're open to that. I'd be happy to send photo/video of the room and flat area before also.
