I have a lovely light, single room to rent in a beautiful home and great location.
The room has a single bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk/table, chair and comfy futon chair.
I’m happy to take out any of the furniture if you prefer. The living space is shared, and share bathroom which has both a bath and separate shower.

Great location 5 minutes walk from Worthing train station, a Tesco express, Efes restaurant, pub and cafe. 20 minutes walk from town, the theatre/ cinemas, and the beach.
I work from home with clients so I would prefer someone who is out at work during the day . My home is I’m very clean and tidy so looking for house share with someone who is the same.
The house is also shared with a beautiful lurcher called Joey - he's very easy going so you must be an animal lover too.
I’m very active and positive, enjoy life, and also love peaceful and chill nights watching a great drama on the box.
