Hey ! My current housemate is moving out so I need someone to take over the double room.
It is available to move in from 5th November but the move in date can be negotiated to December.
The flat is 15 minute walk from Worthing and west Worthing station and only a ten minute walk from the seafront. It is also about 20 minutes from the town centre so quite central. We have a back and front garden. There is also on street parking where you can park for free without a permit.
The room comes mostly unfurnished but the double wardrobe can be left also.
The rent is £675 each pcm and bills are around £200-£250 each a month.
I am 29 years old and I work in the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week. Looking for a professional to take over the room. Happy to give it eachother space but also happy to socialise also. I enjoy gigs , having some wines , watching films ☺️.
