The rooms can be furnished or part-furnished. The rent is £675 per month including all bills and wifi.

The property is situated in Offington Drive, Worthing which is a quiet residential road with good access links. There is parking available outside the property and space available outside the annex to store a bike.

A deposit of one months rent and an employers reference will be required. Sorry no pets, no smoking, no students, no dss and no couples or overnight visitors.
