I have a lovely double room fully furnished available in my semi detached bungalow. Although it is not ensuite, you would only share the bathroom when people occasionally visit, as I have my own bathroom and bedroom in the loft. All amenities are provided such as Broadband, plus there is off street parking and I am by East Worthing station. I am ideally looking for someone on a Monday to Friday basis or on a short term let of around 6 months or so.....I am NOT looking for long term renters or couples, but I am flexible for the right flatmate!
I would also prefer someone who goes out to work Monday to Friday....
I also have a lovely garden that I am still working on!
I will be around some of the time in the evenings and daytime but not all of the time. The room that is available is the LARGER double with the treble wardrobe in the photo's.
