I have a lovely double room fully furnished available in my semi detached bungalow. Although it is not ensuite, you would only share the bathroom when people occasionally visit, as I have my own bathroom and bedroom in the loft. All amenities are provided such as Broadband, plus there is off street parking and I am by East Worthing station. I am ideally looking for someone on a Monday to Friday basis or on a short term let of around 6 months or so.....I am NOT looking for long term renters or couples, but I am flexible for the right flatmate!
I would also prefer someone who goes out to work Monday to Friday....
I also have a lovely garden that I am still working on!
I will be around some of the time in the evenings and daytime but not all of the time. I would prefer someone who is looking for a 6 month let or less. The room that is available is the LARGER double with the treble wardrobe in the photo's.
