Large double room with own bathroom & separate toilet. The bed room has built in wardrobes and desk so plenty of storage space and also a TV. The room has large windows over looking the front and is bright and airy.

We have a private drive and large garden with vegetable plot & pond. Also a greenhouse if you fancy trying out your green fingers.

There is wireless broadband and cable TV available in the house. We have a utility room with all appliances for laundry.
Free to use all rooms in the house as we would like you to treat it as your home too.
You may also use the garage. Plenty of parking space on the drive.

All bills included in the rent apart from use of the phone.

Our house is situated in Offington, West Worthing which is very well located for quick and easy access to the A24 and A27.

The town centre is very close and West Worthing train station within a 20 minute walk or minutes by car. Local buses stop within 50 metres of the house. Broadwater shops are within 10 minutes walk and local shops 2 min walk from the house.

We would prefer a professional person with a relaxed and tidy nature.
