The annexe comes with its own private toilet and shower and overlooks the peaceful back garden. It also includes a kitchen area with a microwave, air fryer, sink, fridge freezer and kettle. All bills are included, and there are no parking restrictions.
The room is ideally available Monday to Friday (five nights a week), and tenants are welcome to leave their belongings in the room over the weekend — there is no need to move everything out. It is ideal for contractors and business travellers who work away from home.
Please note that the annexe is attached to the main house and does not have a separate external entrance.
