The house is well located for commuting to Chichester, Littlehampton, Bognor Regis and Arundel, making it particularly suitable for professionals working locally, including those working at the hospital in Chichester or in the surrounding area.

The property is a recently built three-bedroom house with plenty of shared living space. It includes a spacious living room, kitchen/diner, utility room, downstairs WC, home office and a sunroom overlooking the rear garden. There is also off-street parking and a separate garage.

Council Tax Band: F. All household bills are included in the rent.

The house is set within a quiet development with plenty of green space and a friendly community feel.
