Furnished double room to rent

We’re a professional married couple with grandchildren, looking for a working male lodger to share our detached home in a quiet, friendly close in Yapton.
The room is a furnished double at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. It includes a large built in wardrobe with shelving, a new handmade oak king size bed with a very comfortable mattress, and matching bedside tables with lamps.
Use of family bathroom, with a shower over bath and a heated towel rail. This is rarely used by us, other than on the occasional night we have an overnight visitor staying in another room.
Shared use of lounge, with dining table seating 8 and French doors out to the garden, lovely in the summer. Downstairs toilet and utility room, kitchen with dishwasher, large smeg cooking appliances and butler sink. Microwave, airfyer, coffee machine. washing machine, tumble dryer. Space in fridges, freezer and cupboards will be provided, along with WiFi.
Outside is a lovely garden with sun loungers in the summer, table and chairs and bbq. Off road parking on driveway.
We’re a laid back but hard working couple who keep our home clean and tidy and we’d like the same in return! We’re up early for work most mornings, but are always respectful and keep noise to an absolute minimum.
We have 3 older spaniels and two cats/ the dogs are always with us when we are out of the house and never left at home alone. An animal lover is an absolute must, and a sense of humour goes a long way too!
We’re looking for someone tidy, considerate and easy going, who’d genuinely feel at home here.
