New small double bed

I have a nice room available in my home. It is a "small double" size for one person. It is light and airy with floor to ceiling windows. It is furnished with a small double bed, new mattress, bedding, wardrobe, mirror and side table. It has central heating.

You will also have your own allocated parking space (sorry no large vans). You can share with me the kitchen/diner and garden which has a patio, garden furniture and space for drying clothes. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets in the house.

The house itself is very new, lovely and clean, contemporary style and freshly painted. There is a washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, air fryer. I have super-fast fibre broadband. There will only be 2 people total living in the house i. e. you and me. It is handy for the M1, M62 and A1 and of course Xscape and Junction 32 Outlet Shopping. The garden gets plenty of sun and it is in a quiet location with a Tesco Express nearby and loads of great walking routes, cycling routes and countryside, yet just 10 minutes from Castleford and 25 minutes to Leeds City Centre. There are buses every 10 minutes to Leeds/Garforth/Castleford and there are some good local pubs.

I am ideally looking for a non-smoking, professional person who will be at work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (sorry no full time "work from home"). Must be tidy and clean! I prefer someone who would keep themselves to themselves but maybe share an occasional meal or drink together. Short-term contract workers are ideal for me. I work the weekends.
