The current tenants all get along very well, they’re considerate and welcoming. There's very friendly and cooperative feel to the house, ideal for a tenant who prefers quiet environment.

Buses every 5 minutes from the end of the road get into the city centre in 10 minutes. Excellent motorway links, on street parking directly outside the property.

All bills included as well as broadband and cleaner.

House is next to a school and opposite a church so not overlooked and is lovely and quiet. It's south facing with large windows so gets the sun all day and is bright and airy. Previously a family home so is tastefully decorated.

Large park at the end of the road (parkrun every Saturday if that's your thing!) leads onto a canal where you can walk/cycle all the way into the city centre. Shops are a short walk away as is a leisure centre with a large swimming pool and gym.
