Recently decorated single bedroom in a well-located flat, just a 10-15 minute drive to & from Leeds city centre train station. The room is furnished with a bed, adjustable desk, swirly chair, and 3x drawers for storage, with additional large space under the bed for extra items. It’s a cozy and private ideal for someone who appreciates convenience.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two Scottish Fold cats. The apartment includes shared access to a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, both located right next the room. WiFi included.

The property is in a good neighbourhood with local amenities nearby: Aldi supermarket (3 minute walk), leisure centre, beautiful parks and everything else town centre offers. The bus stop is just around the corner(4 min walk), with a 15-minute journey into town. The flat offers residential parking off the street if you stay longer and register, plenty of parking on the street for short stays too.
