The room also has the original feature fire place and will be complimented with a nice new grey carpet too! It will also have a blackout velux blind which is a bonus for those afternoons when you need a nap.

This house is perfectly located on a quiet leafy street but the bonus is it is on the edge of Leeds City Centre (approx. 20mins walk down the beautiful old canal tow path). It also has Tesco, Lidl and the beautiful Gott's Park on your doorstep. Great for chilling on the top overlooking the Kirkstall/Burley valley on a summers day!

On the ground floor is a huge beautiful kitchen and with the exposed wooden flooring/brickwork it really does bring a lot of character. The shared kitchen has everything you need from an oven, cooker hob, a fridge freezer, a fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Don’t worry there’s plenty of storage for your food too! The washing machine is currently on the lower floor but a brand new one has already been delivered and is going to be plumbed into the kitchen.

On the same floor is the living room which has a huge feature fire place to compliment it. It currently has a leather sofa but I will be buying an arm chair, coffee table and a floor lamp to complete it. There’s also a wide screen TV - a very cosy room for those nights watching your favourite films.

The house mates Lois, Daniel and George are professionals and very friendly. All we need now is to find our final new house mates who is quiet, very clean and tidy to join this very happy house!
