Central heating throughout the house and an electric fire in the living area.

The property is located close to Leeds Train Station and Leeds City Centre and easy access to Bradford, with bus stops to both only a 5 minute walk away.
Armley High street with shops and a Tesco Express within walking distance (around 10 minutes) and supermarkets within a 10 minute drive or around 25 minute walk.

Bedroom comes furnished with:

- Wardrobe
- Desk
- 2 Bedside Tables

On street parking is available and is usually quite easy to get parked outside the house. Electric vehicle charging isn’t allowed but there are plenty of EV charging areas in the area according to Google Maps.

Other flatmates will include myself (but I’m there maybe once/twice a month so will barely see each other) and a professional female in the attic bedroom.

Rent is £525/month including Bills (council tax, gas/electricity, internet, TV license and water) payable on the 1st of each month but with a £525 deposit.
