Double room in Armley, cozy big house❤️

hi!
i’m sol. i’m 29 and im into film etc.
me and rob own this house but… we’re going away for 6 months to have our baby! (to argentina, im argentinian:))

we’re looking for someone to rent out a room in our house while we’re away.
our friend Laure (27, also into film etc) might be living there as well from Jan- June. she’s a gem and it’d be a very chill living environment.

we’ve been living in this house for a year now and have been giving it all our love, the neighbours are all very lovely, lots of creatives and fun people, and the road is pretty chill!

the house:
it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bigger ones and a smaller one for guests. so one of the bigger bedrooms is the one up for rent.
there’s an office room (the one I use for working) which is ideal for WFH or a hobbie room.
The living room is situated on the ground floor, cozy vibes. The kitchen is right next to it. It’s all fully equipped with a dishwasher. In the basement there’s storage space and the washing machine.
There’s a fully renovated bathroom with a bathtub.
There’s no garden but we have a little outdoor area with a table and some chairs, ideal for morning coffee:)

The house is fully furnished. There’s free parking on the road.

Pretty quick access to town about 10 mins by car or 20 by bus, which is just on the bottom of our road and come regularly.

The ideal times to move in would be Jan- June. But we would consider someone moving in earlier. Later could be fine although… there will be a baby in the house!

So we’re pretty flexible, we just want to find any arrangement that works.

Our main requirement would be someone that would treat the house respectfully as it’s our home.
