The house is situated just off Stanningley Road (Overlooking Armley Park), excellent bus service to Leeds Centre and Bradford. There is a Tesco Express and Home Bargains 5 minutes walk away. Armley Town Street with lots of shops, also a 5 minute walk….
I am the female house owner and have one other lodger (Male). The bathroom is mainly shared with him as I use my own bathroom in the basement flat.
We are quiet people, in our 50s, 60s...friendly, but like to each keep our own space and somebody similar would be ideal. This is ideal for a professional who wants just a room and a quiet place to live. We don't smoke and a NON smoker is a must. Although the age range says 45+ we don't mind somebody younger who is a non smoker, quiet, and past the partying or bringing friends home. . We have dogs so lodger must like dogs too. Preferably somebody out at work Monday to Friday as the dogs will bark during the day
