IMPORTANT; THIS IS A SHORT TERM LET ONLY! THIS ROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 3 MONTH (possibly 4 month) MAXIMUM!

Large room in really friendly house share in Armley.
The room is on the ground floor and features a larger than normal single bed as well as a double sofa bed.

The house is close to Armley center and 2 minutes from shops and public transport (bus stops). The bus connection into town is excellent. Walking takes about 45minutes along the canal, on the bike it's approx 20min.

The house is warm, bright and welcoming.
You would be sharing with 2 really lovely guys.
No smoking in the house please. There is a yard to the front and the back. If you have a car, there is a small driveway at the front and safe parking on the street. We may also be able to accommodate a space in the large & very sunny yard at the back.
Sociable but quiet tenant preferred (no constant parties, loud music, etc.). The room is perfect for a clean and quiet professional / student.
All bills & internet are included.
