Large room in really friendly LGBTQIA2S+ house share in Armley.
The room is on the ground floor and features a larger than normal single bed as well as a double sofa bed.

The house is close to Armley center and 2 minutes from shops and public transport (bus stops). The bus connection into town is excellent. Walking takes about 45minutes along the canal, on the bike it's approx 20min.

The house is warm, bright and welcoming.
We are pet and kids friendly. You would be sharing with 2 really lovely people and one dog. Both are Vegetarian / Vegan so ideally you do not eat meat or fish. If you are part of the LGBTQIA2S+ scene or queer in any way, that would be a bonus too!

No smoking in the house please. There is a yard to the front and the back. If you have a car, there is a small driveway at the front and safe parking on the street. We may also be able to accommodate a space in the large & very sunny yard at the back.
Please note, we are sociable and sometimes have meals and evenings together, but we would prefer another quiet tenants (no constant parties, loud music, etc.). The room is perfect for a clean and quiet professional / student.
All bills & internet are included.
