Current tenants, Shivani (25), Isobel (22) & Léa (23) are looking for a new, ideally female, housemate to join their lovely home where they enjoy Netflix & wine nights, meals out or cooking together in the large dining kitchen.

The house itself is a large 4 bed terraced house comprised over 3 floors and gives you the following:

- large lounge with 32 inch flat screen TV, two sofas and matching furniture
- separate kitchen with lots of storage, all appliances and a dining table to provide you with space to dine together/with friends

- 4 double bedrooms with all furniture, double beds & mattresses, black out blinds and grey feature walls

Although the bedroom available is not the biggest, it is still a really good size and comes furnished as follows:

To rent a room with ourselves we only ask for an initial 9 month contract, a small deposit of £150 and a rental guarantor (no exceptions I’m afraid).
