Nice location off the main road, no traffic congestion and good transport links. 10 mins walk to Baildon train station providing routes to Leeds, Bradford, Guiseley and Ilkley. Bus stop at the end of the road for regular access to shipley and Bradford.
Walking distance to Shipley and Saltaire, good roadside parking. Near to good mini markets and nice village centre with good pubs and a few restaurants, also nuffields gym 5 mins walk down the road.

Would suit professional who is looking for a nice secure and private place to stop for a short time in a good location. Must be clean , tidy and respectful to others.
