Room to let in beeston area ls11

I’m looking to rent a room in the beeston area. The room itself is small, but more than enough space in the house for your own living/work space.

I myself am the landlord and am currently moving out elsewhere and looking for a housemate for my current lodger.

Please ignore my dog in the pictures. He won’t be living there so it’s either good or bad news depending on if you like dogs.

The house is very close to town, with a few local amenities, and on steet parking

The living room and kitchen are decently sized and spacious for living.
