I have a large spare room available. Looking for a tidy, respectful and friendly house mate who doesn’t work from home ideally.
The house is roughly a 25 min walk to Leeds train station or a 3-5 min bus ride. There is a busstop right outside the house that goes directly to St James hospital and into Leeds city centre.
I have a little dog called Nobu, she comes to work with me everyday, she’s very friendly.
The cost is including council tax, bills and the internet and the room is fully furnished.
