The house is a 2 bed and 1 bathroom . The room is spacious and will be fully furnished with a double bed, 3 piece wardrobe set, TV.. The apartment/flat is on the second floor of a hight building and it's within walking distance to shops such as Aldi, Tesco express and numerous off-licence. It's about 10min bus ride to Leeds city centre, about 20min walk to the city centre and it has street car park and it not far off the M621 motorway.

All Bills included in the £500 per month.

The living landlord is looking for a professional housemate who's going to keep the apartment/flat clean and tidy and want someone who is easy going, happy to hang out, but also appreciates personal space. Given there will be two of you in the apartment/flat he wants to be a friendly and comfortable atmosphere...

Please note, definitely has to be house mate that will keep the house CLEAN as this is a big deal for the landlord.
