Double room nearby Whiterose center

Hi,

I have a spare room available nearby Whiterose center, public transport and motorway both are available from my place to work.

I own a house in Crow Nest Drive, LS11 (Nearby Elland Road). There is a lovely front garden and back garden with massive stone wall. This house is a well-run and well-maintained.

The room is at the front of the house. The room is about 3.5m x 2.3m (12' x 8') - with a comfortable mattress with two drawers underneath, plenty of space to hang clothes in a built In wardrobe. Two bedside tables with a lamps available. There is a shared bathroom.

The house is centrally heated and double glazed. You would share the entire ground floor - which includes a dinning room, kitchen, living room and down stairs toilet. There is laundry facilities (washing machine and a dish wash) in the kitchen. There is wireless internet connection

We are also handy for all motorways, close to M62 and M1. Many local bus routes run from my place to city center. White Rose Center is about a 15 minute walking distance and other local shops (Nisa, Asda) are nearby too. There are few pubs around walking distance.

The rent is £565 pound per calendar month inclusive of all bills(Council Tax, TV licence, Wireless broadband, Electricity, Gas and Water). Minimum 6 month let, one month's notice will be required if you want to move out. One month's rent to be paid up front. In addition, the rent is payable calendar monthly in advance. If you want to move out at the end, the bond £565 pound will be refundable. For example, If you want to move in on 1st January, you have to pay £1,130pound totally, and on 1st February, you start to pay this month’s rent.
