1 single room - Heaton, Bradford

Hi I am a single older professional woman with 1 cat. I have 1 single room to let from September 12th in a semi detached house which has a large garden, dining room, sitting room, kitchen and shared bathroom. The house is within about 20 minutes drive of Bradford city centre. It is within 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk to Bradford Royal Infirmary. I am a practicing Muslim but am respectful of different beliefs. Alcohol can't be consumed on the premises but its fine if you wish to do so in the garden. Also smoking must be outside. I am quite house proud and like to keep things neat and tidy so would appreciate if things were kept reasonably tidy. No pets. Working professionals preferred.
