My husband & I offer a spare room to a reliable, trustworthy person in need of a place to rent short term or working away from home, near.... the Leeds Airport, Apperley Bridge Train Station, Airport road, near Calverley, Greengates area, etc. Ideal for Airport Engineers, Pilots, Jet2 Training, Locums, etc.

This is a new (ish ) estate with private parking. Very convenient for Airport LBA & Apperley Bridge Train Station.
We've had jet 2 staff for short & also long stays.
This 4-Bed House, in Apperley Bridge, is elegant, has all modern equipment ie Air Fryers, dishwasher built-in ovens, Plate heater, 2 fridges, so one for you with modern pull-out freezer drawers, Samsung washer, seperate dryer, toaster, glass kettle, lots of good pans, pots, dishes, etc
There are 2 sittingrooms and you will have in-room TV, your own bathroom, private parking, lots of garage space for shoes, coats, etc with remote controls,
bedrooms, the office & the pantry all have lock & keys. The Room has blackout blinds and very modern good quality bedding. The bed has a newish mattress and comfort foam.
You need to be... working, able to provide ID and proof of work. Able to look after the house when we're not around. Trustworthy, tidy, good reference and lots of common sense. A bit about us....
We are a retired couple, but kept busy with house, garden, family and travel. We are christians, with christian values, very reliable, caring, trustworthy people.
We are good cooks, esp my husband who arranges & prepares most of the meals. He also bakes a lot and we love meeting people.
We are super clean & tidy. We don't smoke & our house is always looking lovely, including the patio & garden.
Easy access to... Sainsbury Supermarket nearby, fish & Chips, Canal, Woodhouse Grove School, Pubs, ALDO'S, Calverley Woods, Golf, Yeadon, Otley, Harrogate, Farsley, Bradford City, etc
Buses to Leeds & Bradford etc only 2 min walk. Or the Flyer2 to LBA Airport.

Please, Tell us about yourself and why you're moving or need a place to stay. We are not keen on anyone working from home or staying 7 days a week, as we need space and give you space also when we're away on our travels. We all need our space during the week.
