We are three working housemates in BD7 looking for a new member of the house.

Languages spoken in the house are English, Romanian and (Latin American) Spanish

We appreciate a quiet environment in this Victorian property just 5 minutes walk from Bradford University, Gym and Swimming Pool.

You might be Working Full-Time or perhaps a Mature Student studying for your MA or PHD, either at the Uni here close by or perhaps at Leeds. Alternatively you might be in receipt of UC and PIP and looking for a quiet house.

Rent & References.
You will have Good References from your previous landlord and / or former housemates and will pay a monthly rent of £425 per calendar month (£98.15 per week). There is security deposit equal to one month of rent and this will be explained at the initial viewing / interview to join the house.

If you join us here you are a 12 - 15 minute walk into Bradford city centre, or just 15 minutes walk from the Bradford Interchange rail station and fast access straight into Leeds city centre.

The available rooms are:
1st floor Single Bedroom is at the front of the house in a quiet cul de sac location. The room has a single bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers, and a large bookshelf. The room is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY only.

2nd floor Double Bedroom at the top of the house. SINGLE OCCUPANCY only.

The viewing appointments will be organised in advance for Working applicants or Mature Students with the requested References. UC and PIP considered.

The house has a living room, three toilets, shared bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. At the back of the house is a rear yard and clothes drying lines.

Rent includes broadband, wifi, utilities and council tax.
