This is a self-contained 'study room' within a well known complex very close to Bradford university.

The room has a queen size bed, large work desk, wardrobe, plenty of shelving space and an ensuite toilet/ shower room. There is a large communal kitchen and lounge area which is shared with 4 other tenants. The kitchen is functional with all appliances, but is due an upgrade.

All utilities (WiFi/LAN broadband, electric, hot water etc.) are included. The complex also offers a modern laundry, games/cinema room and gym, and there is secure onsite parking.

Although designed as a student room we are open to post-graduates, key workers, young professionals and those requiring accommodation who are involved in the arts or educational business.

Rent terms/ deposit are negotiable depending on length of stay. Short term stays will be required to pay the full amount in advance. Longer terms that cannot pay the full term in advance will require referencing or a guarantor.

The local area has several shops and many choices of takeaways and restaurants. The university is 5 minutes walk, and Bradford city centre is 10-15 minutes by bus, or a 30 minutes walk.
