Room comes furnished with a double bed, 50 inch tv/desk/office chair, the room is very peaceful tad short on head height so if your very tall I wouldn’t recommend this room to you, the price is 520 per month all bills included. 2 months rent up front and a bond of 250£ that’s £1290 all in to move in , that covers you for 8 weeks upfront. I am not negotiable on the rent. Rent must be paid via bank each month only. I will take a cash payment moving in. But that is the only cash payment I can take.
