We are fortunate to have on our doorstep other facilities such as: the "Unique" swimming pool and gym, the National Media Museum and the Picture House cinema. The Alhambra Theatre and the new Broadway Shopping Centre are also close to hand, together with a good selection of eateries.

We are a household of 3 at the moment and with 1 room available now and another from 10 September.

We are looking to find one or two new housemates to join us in what is a peaceful house.

On-street parking when using Council issued permits.

Rent includes Wi-fi, utilities (central heating, electric and water), and Council Tax.

ROOM PRICING NOTE:

The weekly room rate is for single occupancy, and based on a 3 month minimum let. We use an approved Lodger Agreement for the accommodation. You are welcome to book a viewing and to meet us.
