Double room to rent

Hi there, I am renting a room in my mid-terrace, furnished home - a cozy space backing onto a large park with ilkley moor hill views.

This is a rare opportunity as you and the other lodgers have sole use of the house - with me (landlady) living self contained, in the basement. The home is your own - but I'm available should you need.

You would have a lovely, newly updated, light and airy double room on the second floor, with ample storage and a bathroom shared with one other lodger on the same floor. (The 3rd lodger has her ensuite in her attic space.) The lounge and kitchen is for you all.
The lounge has a hammock, a wood burning stove and all the other usual loungey things, and the kitchen is well equipped - also with a large new fridge freezer.

My house backs onto Bramley recreation ground so has a lovely outlook - and in the distance you can see the hills of Ilkley moor.
Bramley swimming baths are just a stroll across the park!
The canal is a 2min drive away and it's easy to get out west to Otley/Ilkley and the Dales should you enjoy the countryside.
Bramley train station is a 12min walk and trains are 10mins into Leeds centre. Also the 49 and 16 bus from the bottom of the street go to the city centre - or the 91 into Headingly.

It's a quiet, clean and tidy home - and lovely escape from city life!
The other lodgers are a female PhD student, and a female young professional - who both love the cozy atmosphere!


I am an Artist working part time in school and part time self employed running therapeutic groups, and my own creative work.
