I am renting 3 rooms, and the most desirable one has become available!
It's a mid-terrace, furnished home - a cozy, characterful space with a lovely outlook of a large park with Ilkley moor hills beyond.

This is a rare opportunity as you and two other lodgers have sole use of the house, with me (landlady) living self contained in the basement. The home is your own - but I'm available should you need.

The available room is a beautiful, light-filled double - and arguably the prettiest room in the house - with a large picture window looking west across the park and moors. You will have glorious sunsets directly ahead from May through to October!
It is fully furnished and newly redecorated - including brand new mattress/carpet/curtains, and bills are included.

It's an ideal haven for a professional or postgraduate seeking a peaceful, well-kept space.

The bathroom is right next door and shared with just one other housemate (the third has her own ensuite).
The lounge is cosy and inviting, with a wood-burning stove, hammock and the other usual loungey things!
The kitchen is light and spacious, with a dining table, large new fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, washing machine and all the essentials. It also faces the park, so you can enjoy the view whilst you cook!

This is a characterful, welcoming home - a sanctuary space away from the bustle, with the safety of a fully available landlady.

The household is a quiet, friendly - clean and tidy home. One housemate is a PhD student and the other a working professional — both value the warm, peaceful atmosphere here.
