Light airy room with view, in quiet, charming home

Hi there - I am renting a room in my family, mid-terrace home - as my children have now flown the nest!
We are a calm, welcoming and characterful home - away from the bustle, for a space to restore.

You would have a lovely, light and airy double room on the second floor, with the bathroom next to yours (only to be shared with 1 other, as 1 has her own ensuite).
You have the prettiest room in the house as the large picture window looks out west across Bramley park, with the hills of Ilkley moor in the background. You also get the sunsets from march to October!
The lounge has a hammock, a wood burning stove and all the other usual loungey things - which you have sole use of with the other tennant.

As the home backs onto the park, you also get the lovely view from the kitchen - which is light and spacious, with a dining table, large fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, washing machine, microwave - and any bits and pieces you may like to use.
Bramley swimming baths are just a stroll across the park!
The canal is a 2min drive away and it's easy to get out west to Otley/Ilkley and the Dales should you enjoy the countryside.
Bramley train station is a 12min walk and trains are 10mins into Leeds centre. Also the 49 and 16 bus from the bottom of the street go to the city centre - or the 91 into Headingly.

This is a quiet home and a lovely escape from city life - one of the other tennants is a PHD student, and the other professional - they are very grateful for the cozy, quiet space.

I am an Artist working part time in school and part time self employed doing my own art work, and offering wellbeing groups.
I have a self contained flat in the basement - so I'm easily available if there are any problems....I only pop up to use the washing machine and collect post every now and then!
