The house is a large, brightly decorated 4 bedroom end terrace. The kitchen and dining area has a high ceiling and plenty of space. The front room is also large with big cozy sofas and a big screen TV.
The house is located in a friendly residential area in Bramley 10mins from the train station and town centre. The local area has many nice pubs, restaurants, takeaways, green space and a decent shopping centre very close by.
I am a musician working from home. I like being creative, reading, hanging out, going to gigs, watching films and cooking nice food. I'm into shared living but I also am happy to give people space as I enjoy it myself too. I have one other lodger at present. The house has a nice friendly atmosphere. We're not a party house but we do enjoy social occasions.
All bills are included in the rent.
