The property has high speed broadband for if you have to work some, or all your weekdays, in the house. There is a back garden which is a little sun trap should you want to break out when the weathers decent.
The local area has a lot on offer too, with a range of supermarkets all within walking distance, and Silvers Deli, which seems to becoming a cult coffee place in Leeds a minutes walk away from the house.
Trains into Leeds are less than 10 minutes and it's on the same line to Manchester if you want to mix things up.
If you'd rather choose the bus you can get into Leeds in around 30mins.
