ROOM 1

My names Dave and I am a Documentary Maker. I am looking for one or two people to share this gorgeous historic townhouse overlooking Bramley park. The house is a great size, a whopping
2000 sq/f .

Room 1 (£600) is on the top floor of this 4 level building with incredible far reaching views across the park and beyond. The room has a lovely shape and is very light and airy.

Room 2 (£500) is a great size and shape, attic style hatch window.

If somebody would be interested to take the entire top floor (2 rooms and own bathroom) I would also be open to this at a reduced rate (£800 pcm).

There is a shared living room and large kitchen, plenty of room to have friends for dinner. I also look forward to entertaining with BBQs outside in the summer. In the basement, there is a studio space that I currently use for filming and recording music, but it’s also available for whatever you might need.

The house is a 10 min walk from Bramley station which gets to Leeds City Centre in 6 mins. Its also a short walk from Tesco super market and shopping centre with many bus routes.

I have just returned to Leeds after 10 years in London as i still have many friends here from my uni days. Looking forward to finding the right people to live with, someone who enjoys being sociable and doesn't mind the occasional gathering. Allot of my work involves travel so I will be away a lot of the time giving you more space in the house.
