Available from Mid-March due my current lodger moving out. (I'm open to later move ins depending on your availability)


Looking to offer a 3-month contract to begin with, whilst we figure each other out. Then 1 month rolling.

About the House:

-You'll be sharing with myself and my lovely dog, Dalya, a quiet and extremely well-trained Turkish street dog. (Seriously, she's more like a cat, doesn't bark and loves a cuddle)

-The rent is £650 PCM, with ALL bills included (Council Tax Band A, utilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi).

-Your room comes furnished with set of drawers, TV, double bed, desk, two bedside tables and a clothes rail.

-We're just a short walk from multiple shops, gyms and have plenty of on-street parking available.

-You are absolutely welcome to have friends and guests over, this will be your home too!

-New boiler and a cosy working log burner.

-I also have attic storage space available for your use.

-No smoking is allowed in the house, but out of the house go crazy if that's your vice.

- Other pets considered, Dalya has lived with cats before no problem, and loves other dogs.

A little about me, I'm Jack 31, a social professional, who loves to cook, hike and get my hands dirty at my allotment where I grow a mad amount of veg (you'll get bored of pumpkin!)

I'm in the office Monday to Wednesday, work remotely, Thursday/Friday. But you will often have the house entirely to yourself, because I travel frequently for work, to visit my girlfriend who lives in London and I'm just generally a busy person.

I'm not asking for anything unusual from a new flatmate just be friendly and tidy.
