The house is clean and well maintained, with a private garden, garage, off-street parking and fast Wi-Fi. It’s in a quiet area with good transport links and local amenities nearby.
I work full time and enjoy a peaceful home, so I’m hoping to find someone who is considerate, tidy and easy to live with.
My current flatmate will be moving out at the end of August, so the room will be available from then.
The total house rent is £1,020 per month, so your share would be £510 per month. Council Tax for the property is £202 per month (shared equally), and the remaining household bills (gas, electricity, water and internet) are also shared. The total monthly cost is approximately £700, depending on utility usage.
