🏡The accommodation is spread over two floors and consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom with a washing machine. Access is via the shared garden. The living spaces are connected to the landlords’ home but are not shared, allowing for a good level of privacy. The accommodation is partially furnished (see photos).

📍 Convenient location: Morrisons and the train station are within walking distance, while the city centre is approximately 20 minutes away by bus (routes X11/4/4F/14). On-street parking is also available.

💷 Rent: £1,000 per month, including council tax, gas, electricity and water.

🔑 Deposit: One month’s rent.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the property and house rules. Smokers and pets are welcome, provided all terms and conditions set out in the lodger agreement are respected.
