Furnished room, flexible short or medium term

We have a comfortable furnished room available in our family home in Brighouse. This would suit a considerate female lodger looking for a flexible short or medium term stay, especially over the summer months.

The house is our main family home, but we travel regularly and expect the property to be very quiet, and empty, during the next 4 months. We may come back for short visits from time to time, so we are looking for someone who is happy with a lodger style arrangement.

You would have your own private furnished room, with shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, living areas and outdoor space.

The house has recently had improvements, renovated bathroom, good WiFi and a smart thermostat. The outdoor area is one of the best features, with new decking, a covered seating area and a barbecue, making it a nice space to use.

WiFi, council tax, water, electricity and heating are included, subject to fair and reasonable use.

We are looking for someone tidy, respectful, trustworthy and easy going. It would work well for a professional, contractor, placement worker, visiting staff member, or someone who needs a comfortable temporary base over the summer.

References and Right to Rent checks will be required.
