Two Private Double En-Suite Rooms

Hello, I am Joe. I am looking to offer both rooms that are double en suite for rent immediately. The rooms are nearly identical. Viewings welcome, I and the other house mates all work Mon-Fri so looking for someone who wants to live harmoniously in a nice quiet home.

The other rooms are rented by professional Females. We’re looking for other like minded individuals who can look after common spaces. The best thing about the house is that everyone has their own bathroom so it’s only the kitchen and living room that needs some teamwork.

Both rooms are £645pcm. Refurbished last year. They are both on the top floor, one of which is my own room that I won’t be using for the next year. Some flexibility will be available minimum/maximum rental period…

The price includes all bills and are fixed with the recent energy bills increases. The price will not increase during any tenancy agreed.
