The current housemates are a really friendly, sociable group who enjoy spending time together both in the house and out and about, and they’re looking for a like-minded person to join them.

The room: The room available is a furnished double on the first floor at the front of the house. It comes with a double bed, built in tall wardrobe and desk and large window, which lets in lots of light! (The room photos make it look smaller than it is).

Downstairs in the basement, you’ll find a beautiful kitchen diner, a lovely space for cooking, sharing meals and catching up with housemates.

It has a lovely cosy living room on the ground floor which the tenants use to socialise and hang out in.

The house has two bathrooms. On the lower level there’s a bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet, and on the first floor there’s a modern shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, toilet and mirror. The two top bedrooms also share a jack and jill toilet and basin.

All bills are included. Your rent covers:

Council tax (Band C)

TV licence
A cleaner every two weeks for the communal areas

The location really is the star here! Burley Park train station is literally a minute’s walk away, making commuting quick and easy. Cardigan Road is also within walking distance, with all the main shops and amenities you need.
