Cosy double room available in Burley.

The house is full of character and charm, plenty of unique features and natural light! We have a small, enclosed patio out front that is private.

I have lived here since last July, my housemate is leaving Leeds so I'm looking for a fun, chilled and considerate professional to take over their tenancy.

I’m quite a social person and love being out the house; I love travelling, finding cute wine bars or pottery classes. I have a full time job with a policy research project at the uni and love pub trips after work, or equally some chilled evenings in. Would be nice to have a housemate with similar interests 😊

The house is a short walk from Asda, Aldi, Cardigan Arms pub, Cardigan Fields, Chunk and Kulture Coffee, and plenty of restaurants.
