You would be sharing with female professionals - Samara (32) Olamide (28) & Sanghee (24) - who are looking for a friendly & tidy new housemate (ideally also female) to join their lovely home.

The house provides the following:
- great location, 2 minute walk from Burley train station
- open plan lounge/kitchen/dining space
- private outside front garden
- Virgin Media WiFi (business package with up to 400mb of download speed)
- 2 large upstairs ensuite double bedrooms
- 2 small basement bedrooms which share a shower room (I. e. not ensuite)
- free, onstreet parking
- cleaner once a month.

The bedroom advertised is one of the smaller basement rooms, which shares a bathroom with 1 other housemate.
Although not the biggest, it comes fully furnished with the following:
- double bed (with storage underneath)
- bedside table
- large chest of drawers
- wardrobe
*with some rearrangement, the room could fit a small desk too
The monthly rent includes all bills as follows:
