We have two bedrooms up for grabs in our 6 bedroom house in Burley Park!! The house is located right by Burley Park train station, 10 min walk to Headingley and Aldi/ gym / restaurants just a short walk away too!
We’re all young professionals (22-26 yo) so unfortunately this wouldn’t be suitable for a student, but we are all really easy going and would love someone who can fit in with the current dynamic.
We have a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. Two bathrooms and one shower room as well. The room is located in the middle floor and comes with a desk, chair and plenty of storage.
The landlord is super chill and hands off but any problems he will fix them.
450PM all bills included + £250 Security deposit
Rooms are available from the 20th of May, but can be flexible with move in dates!!
