Room to rent in spacious 2 bed house in burley

Hello, after the previous tenant has moved out I am looking for someone to take over their tenency.
Rent is inclusive of council tax, water, broadband and gas and electricity. Council tax band is A.
The room is smaller than the master bedroom so I would be paying a little more towards rent.

The room comes with a double bed, side table and built in storage cupboard/wardrobe. In the master, there are a few more built in cupboards and I'm happy to share these if needed.
Shared amenities include large living room, kitchen and bathroom. You would be sharing with me and my very friendly cat, q-tip :).
Most household appliances are also included like washing machine, freezer and kettle etc. I currently don't have a living room TV / entertainment system at the moment since my last one broke and I haven't been able to afford a new one.

I'm hoping for someone within the hospitality industry to move in so we don't wake each other up with apposing work schedules. (I'm also in hospo).

I'm kind of a quiet person but I enjoy music, art and going to the pub. (Apologies for the mess in the pictures, my old housemate is still moving out, I'm actually quite tidy)
