My housemate and I are looking for someone to move into our 3 bed in Burley with us from around June 10th! We both work full time, are pretty clean and enjoy nights in watching trash tv together, so we’d ideally be looking for a girlie pop of similar values.
Our rent is around £433 a month, and all our bills are shared equally and come to around £120 each. The room available is the large double on the first floor, pictured below! It’s unfurnished apart from a chest of drawers and a storage cupboard.
The room is the only one that floor so very spacious but you would be sharing a bathroom with my housemate so it is essential that you are clean and respectful of each others space💙
