Over 40s Housemates wanted

Hello there,

I am looking for approx 2 -3 housemates who are over 40 female ideally. Some flexibility is consider but this will be an older house share for sure.

I will be the live-in landlord and looking for the right mix of characters who genuinely want to be sociable, and build community. I am relatively new to Leeds and would like to make it my home.

The aim is to build a community household where we can be sociable, have fun, and live in a larger house with character and space.

There is no pressure to be sociable all the time, but I'm new to Leeds so exploring new bars and restaurants together once a month, a games night or watching a box set on Netflix or going to the cinema every now again is what I genuinely would like to envision. Please apply it this sounds like something you would be up for!

Locations are likely to be city centre townhouse, climate innovation district, Burley or Headingly, close to train stations as I need to commute for work.

Once housemates are chosen I will start the home search. This is likely going to be a longer process with an aim of late September early October for move, but it could be later, it is dependent on responses and finding the right people and home.
