En-Suite Double Room In Burley (Bills Included)

Heya,

I am moving out of my en-suite double room in Burley at the end of August/beginning of September, so I'm looking for someone to take my room.

The rent is £700 per month, with all bills included, and the deposit is £300.

The house has five bedrooms - all with their own en-suite bathrooms, and the house is currently occupied by five professional males, so we're looking for another working professional (no students, please).

The location is fantastic. It's just a couple of minutes' walk from Kirkstall Asda, and it's roughly 1.5 miles from Leeds city centre.

The house itself is modern and well-maintained, with:

* A spacious shared kitchen
* A large, comfortable living room
* A good-sized en-suite double bedroom
* A modern bathroom
* And plenty of storage space, including a wardrobe

I'm able to arrange viewings on weekday evenings (from 6pm onwards), or at weekends. Please note that I have to give the housemates 24 hours' notice, so viewings will usually need to be arranged for the following day, at the very least.
