Hi there! In a nutshell this is a cute medium size 1st floor room in a lovely house with lovely people on Stanmore Street in Burley.

We’ve lived here for 2 years, we being me and my 3 housemates/besties Eleanor, Georgia and Emily and our foster cat Bella. I’m moving to Scotland in Aug so am looking for someone to take over the room from September 1st.

Rent is £595.30 pcm which also covers gas/electricity/water/wifi/tv license. Council tax (band B) is roughly £40-50 pcm on top. We have a yard out the back, cosy and communal kitchen + living room and a bathroom shared between the 4.

We’ve lived together for 5+ years now and really want to find someone who wants to be friends with the people they live with, a cat lover because miss Bella has a big personality and loves Leeds life.
