Large room in 3 person house share

A spacious room on the second floor in an easy going house share. Each tenant has their own floor.

Liam and Nathan spend allot of time in their rooms gaming and reading which makes the house a really chill environment to be. The size of the place makes living with two people super comfortable. The bathroom is fairly large and new, on the same floor as this room.

There is also a spare room downstairs we use as storage with plenty of room for anything you may need to store there, it is dry and safe to keep anything in there.

A 2 minute walk from burley train station and CoOp. 10 minutes walk from Aldi and only 20 into Leeds centre.

The bills are 140 per month for unlimited gas, water, electric and WiFi. Council tax is 40 per month. £715 per month with everything included.
